Refund policy

We are committed to providing a premium and valuable learning experience. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for the Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) certification program including membership renewals and account reinstatements.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    1. Full Refund within 15 Days:
      • Customers are eligible for a full refund of their course fees if requested within 15 days of the initial payment, provided they have not yet achieved certification.
      • Certification for the purposes of this Refund Policy is defined as having successfully passed the final exam associated with the course.
    2. No Refund After Certification:
      • Once a customer has achieved certification by passing the final exam, no refunds will be issued for the course fees.
  2. Refund Process
    1. Request for Refund:
      • To request a refund, customers must submit a written request via email to ACCOUNTING@CEA.PRO within the eligible refund period.
      • The refund request should include the customer's full name, contact information including phone number and email address, date of payment, date of certification (if applicable), and the reason for the refund request.
    2. Refund to Original Payment Method:
      • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the course registration. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will process the refund to a similar valid payment method that is in your name. We do not issue refunds through alternative payment methods.
    3. Processing Time:
      • Refunds will be processed within 5 (five) business days of receiving a valid refund request.
      • The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on their payment provider.
  3. Account Closure
    1. Refund, Cancellation, or Non-Renewal:
      • Upon approval of a refund request, cancellation of a monthly or annual renewal, or failure to renew the course subscription by the customer, their account will be immediately closed.
      • Closure of the account will result in the removal of the customer's online profile, access to course materials, and any associated benefits.
  4. Membership Renewals
    1. Annual or Monthly Renewal Fees:
      • Annual or monthly renewal fees that have already been processed are non-refundable.
      • Members can visit their My Account page and click on the Payment tab to view their next scheduled payment date. To cancel an annual or monthly membership renewal subscription and stop future payments, please email ACCOUNTING@CEA.PRO
      • Members will remain in good standing and continue to enjoy membership benefits during this time.
  5. Account Reinstatements
    1. Closed Accounts:
      • Members that have their accounts closed due to refunds or non-renewals may be charged an account reinstatement fee of $150.00 if they choose to reactivate their membership at a future date.
      • Any account reinstatement fee charged is nonrefundable.
